Challenge
The original automation design was based on a closed system that would have tied the home to a single integrator for decades.
Solution
We proposed switching to the open KNX standard before construction began. We justified the change both technically and financially and implemented the entire electrical and automation system accordingly.
Result
100+ DALI addresses, HVAC integration, Face ID access control, and complete documentation delivered to the developer. The system is open and can be maintained by any qualified KNX professional.
