A long-term technical partner for your home’s electrical and automation systems

One technical partner knows your system, keeps its documentation and backups up to date, and supports you whenever the system needs to be repaired, modified or further developed.

The initial assessment is free of charge and does not commit you to a service agreement.
What does the maintenance agreement mean in practice?
System continuity
A&T knows the property and its technical systems. If an issue occurs, troubleshooting does not have to start from scratch.
Up-to-date technical documentation
Documentation, software versions and required backups are kept up to date and managed according to the selected service level.
Rapid expert support
You know exactly who to contact and the response time you can expect.
Controlled system development
As your needs change, the system can be developed in a controlled way without compromising the performance of the overall system.
Why A&T Electric?
A&T’s expertise covers electrical systems, KNX and other building automation, programming, and system integrations. When an issue is not limited to a single device, we can assess the entire technical system as a whole.

Who is the service for?
The maintenance agreement is designed for properties where the electrical and automation systems form an integrated technical environment that needs to remain reliable, documented and under control after commissioning.
Detached houses and villas with KNX or other building automation systems
Technically demanding residential properties with multiple integrated systems
Properties not originally delivered by A&T, where ongoing maintenance is to be transferred in a controlled manner to a single technical partner.
How the service starts
The service begins only once the property’s technical scope, service level, annual price and service boundaries have been clearly defined.
  • System assessment
We assess the system scope, documentation, project files, remote access and critical functions. The assessment does not commit the customer to a service agreement.
  • Service proposal
You receive a recommended service level, annual price, scope, service boundaries, and details of any initial repairs or required updates.
  • Agreement and initial system status
Once the scope is approved, the agreement takes effect. The first maintenance visit establishes the system baseline, backups and reporting structure.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question:
Is the maintenance agreement also available for systems installed by other providers?
Answer:
Yes. We first carry out a free initial assessment to review the system’s condition and documentation. Based on the findings, we can then propose a suitable maintenance agreement.
Question:
When is the best time to start a maintenance agreement?
Answer:
Immediately after commissioning. The first maintenance visit is typically scheduled 6–12 months after handover, once the system has settled into normal use and any adjustment needs have become apparent.
Question:
Can the agreement be terminated?
Answer:
Yes. The agreement remains in effect until further notice and can be terminated with two months’ notice. There is no fixed-term commitment.
Question:
What if I need support outside the scope of the agreement?
Answer:
Maintenance agreement customers always receive priority support. Work outside the scope of the agreement is billed separately at the applicable hourly rate.
Question:
Does the agreement also cover properties in the archipelago?
Answer:
Yes. We also serve properties in the archipelago using our own boat. Any additional archipelago service charge is agreed on a case-by-case basis..
