We take full responsibility for the electrical and automation systems of premium homes — from design and turnkey delivery to lifecycle maintenance. One partner. One responsibility. No compromises.
From design to implementation and lifecycle maintenance. This is how we ensure that demanding electrical and automation projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the architect’s vision.

Six Steps — One Responsibility
Our process covers the entire lifecycle of the project. At every stage, you know what is happening and what you will receive.
Initial Assessment
When: At the architect’s concept stage or before design begins.
What: We familiarise ourselves with the project, analyse the requirements, and identify potential risks. We select the right automation platform based on the size, intended use, and lifecycle of the property. We also provide an initial budget framework.
Result: A technical concept and platform selection. The architect and developer know what to expect before any equipment is ordered.
Design
When: Before construction begins.
What: We produce detailed, implementation-ready electrical drawings: floor plans, distribution board diagrams, cable routing plans, and automation logic diagrams. We coordinate with the HVAC designer and plan cable routes so that they do not compromise the architecture — especially in demanding timber structures.
Result: A complete design package. Construction can begin with clear technical documentation and minimal need for changes on site.
Installation
When: During the construction phase.
What: Our own team carries out the installation work, including distribution boards, cabling, and wiring. We independently coordinate our schedule with other contractors. We do not use subcontractor chains.
Result: A completed installation ready for programming. Our scope stays on schedule without the need for constant supervision.
Programming
When: Once the installations are complete.
What: We bring the building to life through programming and configuration. Integrations may include geothermal heating, solar power, energy storage, security systems, and AV. The user interface is tailored to the project.
Result: A fully functional and tested system with no unfinished functions.
Commissioning
When: Before project handover.
What: We hand over a 100% tested system, including full functional testing, as-built documentation, project files, test reports, and clear user instructions. The system is not locked to us — it remains open and serviceable by any qualified professional.
Result: The developer receives complete documentation, and the end user understands how the system works.
Lifecycle Maintenance
When: After handover — for decades to come.
What: Our responsibility does not end at handover. The maintenance agreement includes regular inspections, remote support, updates, cybersecurity updates, and system expansions or modifications as needed. We also respond quickly to faults.
Result: Peace of mind. The system continues to operate, evolve, and stay up to date with the home. One phone number is enough.
